Stress
I was a stess ball. Just about anything would put me up in arms and into fret mode. I knew I couldn't keep living life this way - it was no fun. Finally I turned to God and learned what it meant to cast my cares on Him. That meant I had to give up control, turn it over to Him, seek what He wanted me to do instead and don't pick it back up. It wasn't easy at first but now it is. I refuse to engage with thoughts of anxiety by telling them to go in Jesus name, speaking Thanksgiving to God instead about what He is going to do and then have a good belly laugh. I know it sounds funny but God's way works.
