Fear Testimonials

I used to have a fear of evil. If I saw a scary movie I'd have nightmores for a long time. Now I know the truth, it was a spirit of fear tormenting me. Because I am a blood bought child of God, Jesus gave me authority over all powers, prinicipalities and wickedness in high places. I have superior supernatural power in Jesus. I commanded fear of evil to depart from my life in the name of Jesus and asked God to replace it with His love and boldness. He did!

Praise the Lord, He has set me free from connections with the occult, alcohol,lust, anger, suicide, impure thoughts, drugs, Jesus has given me freedom in so many areas of my life. Again praise the Lord.

I’ve been walking with Jesus for 20 years next month. I have just been delivered from so much, 3 main things God showed me; my Fear, my Anger etc.. He has convicted me (hit me with His word and it went to the marrow) and it’s a blessing. I’ve never in 20 years been this free. God is good!

I can sometimes see the supernatural realm. I saw demons departing as you prayed and gave the commands in Jesus name! It used to scare me to see them as much of my family was into witchcraft -- not that I know my authoriyt and saw this I am not afraid. Our God is a Mighty God!

I had never been something like Free Indeed before but really I had a lot of fears about money and where am I going in life and things like that. Last week I had a job interview, and got offered the position on Friday night and it came with a $10,000 raise from where I am currently, my wife and I are expecting our third child and the insurance is going to pick right up so I don’t have to worry about any insurance. I’m a man, I usually try to control my situations (yes its true) I learned that pretty much you have to surrender (to God) or your just not going to make it! So that’s what I did and I’m living through this, and just through this class it’s been a very good encouragement, it’s just awesome. As you guys know, the economy is kind of a little bit down. The position is the head building grounds manager at my church so it is all around great! God is good!

I didn’t know what was wrong, I was kind of like yuckie inside. Now, I’ve been giggling every day, even in choir I got into a giggle fit and others started laughing before we sang. It just feels very calm and Sunday when I was singing I felt a little thing of fear starting to come back in and I was like no go away and it left. Hallelujah Jesus.

Last week I indicated that I worry what people think about me – almost to the point of where if they tell me something I believe them because I don’t want to argue with them. Well, this past week that changed, I didn’t worry about what these others said wrongly about me, rather I prayed and God gave me a couple of verses, one was … Prov. 28:23 – He who rebukes a man will find more favor after than he who flatters with the tongue. And I’ve been completely delivered -- Thank you Jesus

I used to have tormenting dreams, they were horrible. Thanks for the prayer & helping me command the enemy out. Praise God no more - I am free!

Hallelujah, I am doing a victory dance. I was under so much bondage in my life. I was carrying so much guilt, and fear and addiction and all kinds of sin, I was still fighting the fear, panic attacks (I was phobic to leave the house), I was estranged from my kids and my grand child was potentially in a concerning situation. God has set me free and is restoring all things. I was with my children yesterday for about four hours and they forgave me, I was spending time with my little grand child – praise God -- I can’t be thankful enough for what a great God we have. I’m like a clean slate.

I’ve been to the series before and I was dealing with a huge issue that I thought I just couldn’t get over. You teach us that when the thoughts come to start speaking. I would speak and it would go away and it would come back again, I would speak and it would go away and finally its gone and I am over it by applying it. Don’t quit -- speak to it in Jesus name Amen

For a long time I had suffered from from my lungs being filled up and I was having problems breathing and coughing all the time. They diagnosed me with pneumonia. Then bronchitis on top of that and a sinus infection. We had been praying for healing and the last time when you said what gift do you want from God. I said I want to go back to singing, because I used to be able to sing and now I can’t even take a deep breath, without choking. I just can’t breathe and she said you can breathe and you will get your singing back in Jesus name. I have gotten my singing back now I leave in November to DR and I have been asked to help come and lead praise and worship Sunday mornings. God is good, thank you Jesus.

The last time we were here at the series, we prayed for my daughter to remove fear, because she had been bit by a dog and had a big fear of dogs. It is totally gone now and she is totally relaxed around dogs – Glory to God!

I believe I conquered the spirit of fear since last week. I always wanted to go out, since I live around a lot of people, and witness, like the Lord was telling me to but I was afraid to talk to people and share my faith openly. You know kids teased me when I was younger. Well, this week I got some literature from the church and passed out over 25 tracts and invited 7 families to church. It was scary at first but I went and did it. I pressed through and kept quoting the Lord has not given me a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind! I went out and talked to people and they received. Hallelujah!

After being prayed for and down under the power of the Holy Spirit for about 20 minutes – I feel different, I am no longer afraid. God removed it completely.

I guess I’ll start, two years ago, I got a job for minimum wage at an adult store. Ever since I have been hating it. I worked there for two years and about 7 months ago I moved to Wyoming, came back to church here (Res Life) and ever since then it has been a roller coaster to greater things. In September I got baptized, May 23rd I’m becoming a member of this church, June first I no longer work at any of the adult stores. I have a new job and within the first two days of working there, he wanted to promote me as general manger. I had a huge fear, that I’m in a comfort zone, I have a good job, pays what I need it to pay and fear was that I’m going to get into this new job and something is going to wrong and I’m not going to have anything. But a friend told me to watch the movie, facing the giants, which is a huge football movie. And Valerie mentioned football vision last week, and that movie is all about fear and letting God destroy it and get it out of your life. So I’m letting it go through and God removes the fear everyday and it’s great!
